Pistachio Kulfi

Pistachio kulfi sliced into discs and served on a plate

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a blender
  2. Add the evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, pistachio's, chopped up pieces of bread and sugar and blend
  3. Put the mixture into individual desert dishes or a big container
  4. Freeze for a few hours
  5. Serve in individual desert dishes or use a melon ball scoop to make kulfi scoops and serve in a dessert dish
