Pistachio Kulfi
Ingredients
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup of semi-crushed pistachios
- 14 oz of heavy whipping cream
- 2 slices of bread without crust, chopped
- 1 tsp of sugar
Steps
- Pour sweetened condensed milk into a blender
- Add the evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream, pistachio's, chopped up pieces of bread and sugar and blend
- Put the mixture into individual desert dishes or a big container
- Freeze for a few hours
- Serve in individual desert dishes or use a melon ball scoop to make kulfi scoops and serve in a dessert dish
